Well, three hours into the Big Utah Move, my truck (pulling the trailer) began to significantly overheat. Thankfully, we found a diesel mechanic, and he was awesome (Lethal Diesel in Staunton, VA)! Our mechanic was just an all around great guy. He let us hang out and watch, so we got to learn some things as well. He was excited about what we are planning to do in Utah, so he gave us a great deal on the 9 hours of work he did. Praise the Lord for His kindness!
Thankfully, my brother, Jack, was with me, so we drove through the night to catch up to Abbey and the kids who had kept on driving. (See video below extra midnight adventure.) They stayed in St. Louis, MO for the first night, and we caught up to them about the time they were pulling out of St. Louis the next morning. Thankful for the Lord's protection and provision!

The day after our arrival, I "just so happened" to read this psalm in my daily reading plan. Here are some deeply meaningful excerpts.
Psalm 16 [1] Preserve me, O God, for in you I take refuge. [2] I say to the LORD, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.” [4] The sorrows of those who run after another god shall multiply; [7] I bless the LORD who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me. [8] I have set the LORD always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.
[11] You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. (ESV)
